JOB DESCRIPTION
● Develop and execute tactical Sales plans – achieving the committed numbers is the key
to this role
● Managing, training, motivating and retaining the team and helping them to achieve
their KRAs and targets
● Maintaining relationships with Heads and Senior Management of top real estate
developers
REQUIRED SKILLS
● Experience of handling a team of at least 5 ppl
● 3+ years of experience in handling B2B Sales (real estate or home loan experience
preferred
● Experience in financial sales preferred but not necessary
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
● MBA / Graduate
● Age- Less than 30 years
