What you'll be doing

• Lead our AI and Business Intelligence projects with special focus on finance and hospitality.
• Engage in Business development initiatives, where a perfect command of English language is required. Initially, likely Sweden and the UK.
• Communicate complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions effectively, verbally and in writing
• Partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and data engineers Identify and fill gaps in project plans and company processes to improve execution
• Determine task priority and right personnel to work on them
• Maximize and ensure the most efficient use of resources and technologies
• Lead ad hoc projects

What you should bring

• 5+ years of software technical project management or equivalent expertise
• A track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated experience to self-motivate and successfully follow through on leading projects
• Experience delivering software products with small teams
• Experience with process optimization projects; experience in continuous improvement to the development process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Experienced in using CRM and project management software such as Trello and Asana.

• Experience as a technical lead or mid-senior developer.
• Self starter with disciplined work ethics
• Technical documentation track-record
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectively, whilst working closely with the team
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) is essential. Danish would be considered an asset.
