Assistant CTO on permanent contract

ARENAMETRIX is a B2B start-up created in 2013. Today, we are a leading CRM for cultural and sports facilities. We want to support the entertainment industry in its digital transformation by providing powerful tools adapted to its needs!

Our clients use the Arenametrix application to enhance their data (ticketing, cashless, online shop, etc.) and develop their audiences.
Arenametrix centralises this data in order to analyse audiences in detail and implement innovative marketing strategies

Our state-of-the-art solution, as well as the daily support of our clients by our team of dedicated experts, position us as a leader on the French market.

We support more than a hundred clients (museums, theatres, sports clubs, etc.) in France and abroad: Muséum national d'Histoire Naturelle, Institut du monde arabe, Maison Européenne de la Photographie, Stade Français, Fédération Française de Basket ou d'Athlétisme, Festival de Montreux, etc. They all use Arenametrix and are in daily contact with us.

The technical team relies on a strong technological stack to tackle the complex issues of Arenametrix.

Challenges and responsibilities

Support the CTO in managing all technical/programming teams
Project follow-up (Zenhub tickets follow-up, devs support, prioritization, test follow-up, reporting...)
Writing specifications based on business requirements

Skills / Experience

5 years of higher education (preferably in engineering)
You have a great capacity to adapt and you learn quickly
You are a driving force: you define priorities, schedules and deliver on time, you ensure the success of the team
You have very good interpersonal skills and excel in teamwork
You excel in oral and written communication
You are passionate about technology and data
You are familiar with development methods and the agile philosophy
You have a great curiosity (about business and technology in particular) and you keep up with the latest trends
You have a "problem solver" mindset
