Job Description:
The Deskside Support Engineer role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's personal computing environment (desktops and laptops). This includes installing, diagnosing, and maintaining the hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. The role also demands hands and feet support for Network equipment and servers on-site.
*Details of the requirement: *
4-6 years’ experience in EUC Deskside Support. Should be proficient in English and local language.

New Delhi , Pune, Bangalore – 1 position
*Skill set required: *
• Sound technical knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.
• Working knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.
• Microsoft Desktop Support Technician an advantage
• Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
• Windows 10 and O365 support experience
• Working knowledge of SCCM, AD, EOL and remote-control tools
• Knowledge of software applications used within the organisation
• Self-confidence and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skills in English and local language
• Strong listening skills
• Able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members
• Able to operate with minimal supervision
• Able to manage time effectively, set priorities appropriately, schedule calls
• Able to maintain professional demeanour under stress
• Able to operate within customer standard operating procedures
• ITIL certified would be an added advantage
