The Role
Being part of our sales team, as Sales Engineer (m/f/d) you build opportunities and support the business by providing technical pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and implementations. You will work with our partners' technical resources to assess their needs and address questions about Swarm Analytics' product functionality in discovery and roadmap calls during installs and upgrades. You will also work closely with our product development team to make sure to align our product and technology with the needs of partners and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support our own sales team and our partners' sales teams in their efforts to win customers including educating them on product abilities
- Pre-sales activities, such as remote and on-site implementations, and partner onboarding
- Develop and implement informative and engaging demonstrations of product and technology to partners and customers
- Provide technical support for customers and insights for product management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Strong customer and partner orientation
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn and explain advanced technologies
- Fluency in English and German
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Sales / Pre-Sales Systems Engineer, Support Engineer, or QA Engineer
- Profound technical understanding of IT infrastructure and software products
- Willingness to travel (mostly Europe)
CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS

- Permanent full-time (38,5h/week) contract
