CorePath Wealth Partners is seeking a Hospitality & Client Coordinator. This role calls upon interpersonal, technical and administrative expertise. To be successful in this role, one must fit the culture by being dynamic, motivated, responsive, resourceful, independently driven and enjoy interacting with people.

Reporting Relationship: Director of Operations

Summary of Responsibilities:

*Scheduling Program - Prospect AND current client meetings for all advisors/specialists

*Onboarding Program - Starts at initial prospect ends when agreements signed (Salesforce, Sharefile, eMoney, etc.)

*Current Client Requests - Distribute “money/planning” related tasks and honor non-money assistance

*Hospitality Program - Cards/gifts, kindness gestures, assuring clients have what they need

*Physical office reception - Phone, Zoom, email, mail, office keeping, office supplies, etc.

*Data and File establishment - Client folder set up, collection of documents and ensuring complete and accurate, updating of various systems (Salesforce, Sharefile, eMoney, etc.)

Qualifications Desired:

  • Experience in a professional services RIA firm, (Registered Investment Advisor), and/or Insurance, 401k Retirement environment a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and display effective time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • An innate desire to produce high-quality work and earn respect
  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills
  • Flexibility: able to adapt to different people, work assignments and workload
  • Professional demeanor and advanced interpersonal skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • “Roll up the sleeves” attitude with ability to smile and have fun doing it

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00 to $42,000.00 /year (based on experience) plus bonus

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
Undergraduate degree preferred
