Senior recruitment consultant

As a leading provider of UK wide employment support and training services, we are excited to be growing our team and we have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced senior recruitment consultant to join our recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating revenue and growing accounts. This is a diverse role requiring a broad set of skills from commercial acumen and ability to meet targets to building good interpersonal relationships with employers and Neurodiverse candidates.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business opportunities
Coach, motivate and inspire your candidates
Preparing candidates for job interviews
Liaising with employers to source exclusive job opportunities
Account management and client development
Updating our CRM / database in a timely manner

Essential skills and attributes
Ability to manage a caseload of job seekers and clients
Deep understanding of employability skills
Understanding and empathetic
Target driven & resilient
Track record in sales or recruitment

2 years + experience
Experience of Neurodiversity
Previous experience with startups
