*Roles and Responsibilities *:

• Handle office space rental enquiries by phone, email & chat.
• Identify prospective tenants from the enquiries received.
• Cross sell our real estate investment opportunity to them.
• Client acquisition, Servicing & Lead generation.
• Identify prospective buyers by contacting Real Estate Investors.
• Build a network of prospective tenants & buyers in LinkedIn.
• Existing Client Account Management.
• Help Digital Marketing Team constantly in Marketing Activities.
• Update and Manage the CRM data of all the prospects generated.
• Manage periodical emails & WhatsApp messages.
• Build Relationship with Business Partners.
• Call lead prospects that are generated by internal/external source
• Encourage the customer to come for a property tour, follow up on leads assigned.
