Should have 3+years of relevant experience in UI/UX design
Should have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities
Should have experience in creating concepts, customer journeys, specifying interaction details, and prototyping internally and with users
Should have worked on consumer-facing products across web and mobile.
Proficient in design and prototyping tools (XD/sketch/Figma, Marvel, Principle/Framer etc).
Should have good creative vision and be able to communicate it well.
Should have the ability to distill user problems from qualitative and quantitative
feedback and able to suggest solutions.
Should holistically about the whole product experience rather than just manipulating pixels.

Key Responsibilities:

-Understand product specifications and user psychology
-Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure
the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
-Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
-Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
-Develop mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
like
-Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
-Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies
and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
-Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
-Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
-Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images

Skills :

Experience as UI/UX designer in a Product based company.
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
