Manager Strategy & Development

Key Responsibilities -
 Developing the yearly/monthly/weekly strategy for the team.
 Leading the team to attain targeted outcomes.
 Developing & maintaining the Performance reports for the team.
 Working with cross-functional teams (for BAU resolutions.
 Prioritizing and Monitoring of key projects in the team.
 Conducting and Facilitating the Internal review meetings.
 Tracking and renewing all contracts.
 Rate-making/Commercials Handling & Negotiation with clients.
 Developing pitch decks and training of teams.
 Bringing new marketing ideas and concepts.
 On-boarding new clients (End-to-end).
 New process support, existing process improvement & system creations.
 Relationship building with all relevant stakeholders.
Desired Requirements:
 2 years of experience is desirable. Freshers with suitable traits may be
considered.
 Post Graduate with focus on Strategy/Marketing/Design Thinking. MBA would
be an added advantage.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Exceptional MS Office/Data Management skills.
 Superior problem-solving & project management skills.
 Self-starter with the ability to collaborate with constant drive towards clarity
and swift delivery.
 Strong business acumen.
 Good knowledge of social media and design would be an added advantage.
