Technical Sourcer

Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer/ Recruiter for one of the largest online home decor providers in the country. This is a FULLY Remote Technical Sourcing role that provides the flexibility to work from home while also impacting business in a positive manner!

Additionally, the Technical Sourcer/Recruiter will:

Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to leadership by developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market.
Drive top-of-the-funnel activity including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and pre-closing candidates, while advising your business partners along the way.
Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.

Qualifications:

3+ years of sourcing recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
1+ year of experience targeting technical talent; preferably software engineers.
Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods.
In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
