Blockchain Developer

Pundi X is a blockchain-based fintech company that’s making blockchain technology accessible to everyone. We operate globally in 7 different countries. Most of our team members are technical focused. Our products have been shipped to over 25 countries including Argentina, Australia, Colombia, Korea, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Uganda and USA. We have grown from 15 people in 2017 to near 100 in 2021.

We operate under the Payment Services Act (in-principle) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and am a founding member of Asosiasi Blockchain Indonesia.

Apart from Blockchain Developers, we are also seeking leadership positions for Senior Blockchain Developers / Technical Director. The job scope will be similar with added technical leadership responsibilities. For this role, we encourage you to have > 10 years in programming (preferably OOP) and > 3 years in blockchain development (preferably deep understanding in one particular blockchain). You can also be a high-skilled technical leader if you choose not to people-manage.

What you’ll do
We have several exciting projects; you will be able to get involved in one or more of the domains below:

• On-Chain solutions: Develop and deploy blockchain solutions across our native chain built on Function X.
• Cross-Chain solutions: Build on top of Ethereum, BSC, Cosmos, Solana and more.
• Decentralised Exchange: Architect and manage a high speed and efficient decentralised exchange platform.
• Managing services: including XWallet a centralized app, f(x) Wallet a decentralized app, XPOS our flagship Point-of-Sales, and PundiXChain and FXCore validators (both built using Function X).
• Smart contract: on various blockchain.

What you’ll need

• Degree (or equivalent) in Comp Sci, Engineering or Mathematics
• Deep knowledge of one (or more) language eg: Go, Rust, JavaScript, Solidity or Java
• Blockchain knowledge, especially deployment of blockchain or smart contracts on Ethereum,
• Cosmos, Solana, Binance Smart Chain etc.

Others

• We encourage non-blockchain developers that have > 5 years of coding experience to apply, especially if you are interested in switching into this domain.
• We also accept non-technical degree graduates or people from academic backgrounds if you have strong analytical and programming skills.

• Nice to have: EIPS or standardization work. Understanding of financial markets. Based or able to travel to Singapore. Active in technical evangelism (online or conferences).

Senior Blockchain Developer
We are also seeking leadership positions for Lead Developer / Technical Lead. The job scope will be similar to blockchain developer with added leadership responsibilities. For this role, we encourage you to have a very strong programming background and > 3 years in blockchain development.
