We are looking to hire an expert Digital marketer to join our team. The person should be have in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, its policies, paid ads expertise and community building experience. Hypronline is Digital Marketing company and we have grown our business through highly effective customer acquisition strategies. Our Clients vary from SMEs, Startups to Large Multinational Corporation. The person must be an expert in remarketing and sales funnel implementation and must have setup ads of 10 Lakhs and above per month.

We’ve set some ambitious growth goals and this role offers the opportunity to directly impact the marketing of the company as we scale. You will be working directly with the Founders.

Responsibilities

-Manage Paid marketing across all channels (Facebook, Google, Amazon, Pinterest, Criteo, Bing, etc) and manipulate the media mix to maximize ROI.
-Develop & execute a full-funnel paid media strategy that drives sales within aggressive ROAS and growth targets for our clients in different Geographies.
-Build a tailored creative strategy for individual platforms, audiences, etc. - Collaborate with creative team to develop necessary assets to achieve goals for our clients.
-Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Optimizely etc.)
-Manage other CPC ad platforms, including Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, LiveIntent and other similar platforms
-Develop reports for senior leadership on a weekly / monthly basisdetailing performance 8.Monitor competition and provide ideas 9.Run tests, tests and more tests
-Requirements 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably with Digital with Agency)
-Experience managing large marketing budgets. Expert in funnel marketing ( creating , deploying , monitoring and optimizing funnel based ads) Expert level understanding of the various paid advertising channels.
-Must take an iterative approach to paid marketing (hypothesize, test, learn, repeat) Well-versed in marketing, organized and data driven

We are based out of Gurgaon and looking for candidates based in Gurgaon or Delhi only. The joining date shall be 1st September 2021 or before.
