Founding Product Leader

Cacheflow is building an innovative, embedded financing and payment experience platform for B2B SaaS companies. An “Affirm” for B2B SaaS. We recently raised a large seed-round led by GGV.
You will work directly with the CEO and CTO to develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap. As the leader of the Product Development organization, you will need to build and manage the product organization to achieve our goals.
As a founding member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to build new products in a creative, collaborative, and highly-rewarding startup environment. You will have the chance to significantly impact our strategy, product, culture, and company.

Responsibilities:

• Build a best-in-class product function that partners closely with engineering and customers to iterate on product to work towards product-market fit
• Be a thought leader and subject matter expert in B2B SaaS payments and financing and define the right financial product/features/operations for Cacheflow. Be a specialist on the domain, the market and trends.
• Own the product roadmap, aligning it with the overall company vision and strategy. Help the company think long-term while making tough tactical prioritization decisions.
• Recruit, manage and mentor product managers that drive for excellence. Execute on business case development, competitive analysis, product-market fit, and product differentiation in order to develop and refine the strategy and roadmap
• Evangelize the vision constantly so all teams and partners are aligned so they have context and understand where we are going(and why!). Provide product domain expertise and executive presence in customer and partner calls.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently. Establish expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable for their successes and failures. Partner with Product Marketing to promote our product internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years experience building and leading a product management organization.
• Specific domain expertise in B2B Lending. Experience with Payments, SaaS, Subscriptions is a plus.
• Track record in building successful products from zero to one
• Has strong empathy for customers and works closely with them to solve their problems
• Experience in leading agile teams at a technology company through multiple product releases.
• Ability to solve problems and think critically, technical skills, and the ability to clear communicate complex ideas
• Have enough technical experience to successfully develop our products by partnering with engineering.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral/presentation communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and comfort dealing with ambiguity

You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
