*THE ROLE *

The role is a track in digesting, demystifying and creating financial product content, and is under the Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for creating content that resonates with our users, designed to lead them on a frictionless path through the website, all the while maintaining an objective, user-first approach as defined in the Team’s content standards and guidelines. The role is challenging but you will progress to becoming a subject expert, owning and driving entire product verticals eventually, in a FinTech startup environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Create, edit and update the (personal finance) product information in a CMS
• Collect, digest and summarize product and promotional offers in the market, discover the key features of different products
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service team on product information changes or updates, ensure smooth communication among teams
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on product content updates
• Work according to tone of voice and style guidelines

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with CMS
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Fundamental understanding of web coding languages such as HTML and CSS preferred
• Financial industry experience in HK is preferential, but not mandatory
• Work experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred
• Strong copywriting skills, with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail is vital
