Month2Month is seeking an experienced leader for all recruiting and people management aspects of the co company. This person will work closely with the CEO and his leadership team to define organizational needs and skill gaps, and will manage and execute all recruiting efforts. The role will also include developing, managing and nurturing the company culture to align with the company’s goals of creating the best month-to-month furnished stays in the US.
Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Help assess organizational needs and skill gaps
- Define positions, write job descriptions and suggest salary and equity ranges
- Lead recruiting efforts
- Work with leadership team to set goals for all employees and tie them back to company goals and KPIs
- Play an active role in helping to manage the organization and help each employee meet their goals
- Flag struggling employees and develop plan performance improvement plans
- Work with CEO to further define culture, and develop and execute plan to enhance and maintain it
- Manage all back-office human resource functions, including payroll, equity grants and benefits
- Plan and execute team building and social events
Job Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience as an HR leader or other relevant executive position such as operations leader or C-level
- 8 years of corporate housing/hotel/vacation rental industry experience is preferred
- Undergrad degree required with preference for candidates with relevant graduate degree
- Startup experience a big plus
- Real estate tech or experience at a world-class hospitality company a big plus
- Experience at a high growth company and a role helping the company scale is a big plus
Remuneration Package
Annual Salary: $90,000-$120,000
Equity: 0.25%-0.3% vesting over 4 years
