Atom Foundation is a revolutionized Decentralized Financial (DeFi)
liquidity ecosystem. Born out of the desire to solve existing problems
within both the traditional and DeFi infrastructures, we took components
needed to successfully integrate all aspects of decentralized finance
and tailored them to work seamlessly together. But if you want to get
technical, we are a Decentralized Financial (DeFi) liquidity ecosystem
powered by proprietary protocols which underline IFO (Initial Farm
Offerings) Auction technology, an NFT (Non-fungible token) marketplace
with downside protection, multiple swap exchanges, cross network
aggregation, as well as staking and pooling in a decentralized way.

Responsibilities:

• Must have substantial first chair experience in Federal Civil lawsuits
• Strong understanding and background taking and defending depositions (including expert depositions), propounding and responding to discovery, and with law and motion
• Conducting discovery for litigation in federal court
• Preparing and presenting motions, responses, and oral arguments to the courts
• Conducting all facets of trials in federal courts
• Experience with SAFT security
• State of Texas Bar License
