The Role

  • Dealing with calls and correspondence on behalf of the MD. Arranging calls, meetings and organising calendars
  • Write memos, emails, letters, reports and applications as requested
  • Preparing detailed research reports, presentations, documents, files, briefs, and do research work for meetings
  • Manage responses to social media messages and other public communication on behalf of the MD
  • Manage task sheets for all ongoing projects for the MD and senior executives and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Attending and keeping accurate minutes with staff, executives, people outside organisation, and follow up regarding completion of tasks
  • Researching, filing, and printing as required
  • Producing, recording and monitoring all HR documents
  • Representing the MD at networking events
  • Maintaining inventory of office equipment
