ZineOne is looking for a salesperson to join our team who is able to quickly understand and leverage our product offering, and has the same hunger for growth we have. We feel to do this, the right candidate must acquire and care for their customers professionally and with passion. With their sales know-how, understanding of the market requirements and customer requirements, they should be able to convince potential customers of our world-class capability and build long-term collaborative relationships.

We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business aptitude and natural sales instincts. The person will be responsible for supporting the development and cultivation of inside sales to enterprise accounts with a primary focus on increasing sales revenue. The position will work with the marketing team to prospect and cultivate new business, develop opportunities, and foster next steps to support closure of sales.

Key Responsibilities

Research, identify and qualify target customers
Generate quality phone meetings through various prospecting methods, mainly cold calling ● Educate industry executives about ZineOne to generate interest in learning more
Grow, manage and maintain pipeline of qualified, prospective target customers
Follow-up on leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns, events, seminars, conferences & trade shows, and qualify for business potential
Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling, etc.)
Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to identify and develop quality leads to help company meet and exceed quarterly sales revenue goals
Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activity throughout the sales cycle in customer relationship management (CRM) system
Participate in campaign development initiatives, including target prospect list creation, messaging and other functions as may be required on occasion
Help develop and then execute processes to generate new sales opportunities
Continuously improve and innovate processes for future team members
Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations
Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas
Explore customer’s technical requirements and execute the validation of ZineOne technology via POC or a pilot
Provide satisfactory answers for customer’s product questions about ZineOne architecture, scalability and security
Participate in requirement analysis/product capability assessments with prospects.

Work and Educational Requirements:

Four year university/college degree preferred
Experience in pre-sales support or development experience a must in a SaaS environment
Salesforce.com proficiency preferred
Marketing automation platform experience a plus (Act-On, Pardot, etc.)
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
Enthusiastic, high energy and confident ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment - entrepreneurial mindset, innovates and continually improve current processes
Results driven person with strong problem-solving, time management and analytical skills and an ability to work independently
Must have excellent verbal and written skills as well as excellent telephone presence with an ability to convey complex ideas simply
Prior successful cold calling, BDR, or SDR experience in a quota achieving role preferred
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
