Specifically for business users, it gives them the tools to engage their customers in every step of their journey with one-on-one interactions in real-time, without changing a line of code in their app.

Working with some of the top brands in the US, ZineOne currently enables more than 100 million users, processing over five billion events a year, and generating 100 gigabytes of data every hour worldwide. The Co. is based out of Milpitas, California, and having an India center in Mumbai. Team strength is about 76 which is split between the US and India.

We are looking for tech-savvy and smart engineers to join our team to deliver high-quality products. The individual will have opportunities to explore new and cutting-edge technologies and leverage them to keep ZineOne’s streaming analytics platform and associated products game-changing and of high quality.

Location: San Francisco Bay Area or REMOTE

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the end to end design and implementation of customer use cases on ZineOne platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in technical aspects. 

  • Collaborate with Client interpreting requirements, business processes, and use cases to produce quality technical designs 

  • Drive technical, architectural, and functional discussions, challenging & guiding developers to build elegant solutions for world-class retail and banking commerce sites. 

  • Oversee development efforts, development progress, and provide technical direction to a distributed team based on the client requirements. 

  • Define design patterns, approaches, guidelines, standards, and adhere to compliance requirements. 

  • Expected to stay abreast of web and mobile technologies and share new ideas and techniques that are relevant to the e-commerce, retail, banking space. 

  • Creates an approachable environment for team members to ask questions and escalate issues, defines commitments for milestones, owns a team, and guides junior team members 

  • Supports team in planning data migration and system go-live activities and addressing technical issues and challenges. 

  • Determines feasibility of various software solutions and perform proof of concepts as needed 

  • Designs and implements reusable components 

  • Perform code review and enforce best practices

  • Implement load testing standards to troubleshoot performance problems. 

  • Contribute to the organization in the Design & development of frameworks, tools, accelerators that enhances the ability of technology team members and the organization. 

  • Fix performance, scalability, and other issues in a very time-critical environment


    You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in client-facing and technical skills.


  • 5+ years of experience in technical architecture


  • Proven hands-on implementation experience in large, complex, multi-domain, multisite projects.


  • Exposure to software development lifecycle tools including Jira, Confluence, Git, Stash, Jenkins


  • Working experience in Javascript, Microservices, REST/SOAP API, CSS, HTML, Java, JSON.


  • Strong eCommerce functionals knowledge like Product & Catalog management, Pricing, Promotions, Loyalty, Inventory Management, Order Fulfilment, Warranties, Return management, Payments, Supply Chain, etc is desirable.


  • Architect Certification in any eCommerce tool is highly desired 


  • Sound knowledge of CI/CD implementation is required. 


  • Experienced in conducting workshops with the customer team. 


  • Experience in logging technical ticket/On-call complaint with customers 


  • Hands-on experience in agile development methodology is highly beneficial 


  • Ability to work in a fast-evolving and fast-paced environment 


  • Self-starter, with the ability to pick up things quickly. High problem-solving skills, proactive, strong improvement focus
