Position Summary

The Sales Account Representative identifies clients that require analytical data in support of environmental decision making while building client relationships that result in increased sales revenue.

You'll be accountable for meeting sales goals using a variety of tools and tactics. This role involves sometimes being on the road to visit clients and attend industry events, as well as working remotely.

What Will You Be Doing?

Oversee assigned accounts. Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
Identify build, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Transition & onboard new clients.
Follow the marketing plan for the sales team based on the company objectives, including assisting in promoting our company's brand image.
Assist with identifying new opportunities for growth with existing clients.
Handle serious client complaints, including investigation, corrective actions, and client follow-up.
Perform recovery and/or issue resolution for 'In Jeopardy' clients.
Assist with maintaining competitive and market intel.
Demonstrate a positive, achievement-oriented demeanor while establishing effective relationships across the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
1- 3 years of experience in sales.
Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred.
Availability to work overtime as needed, and to do some local travel in PA, MD, DE & NJ.

Base Salary $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year PLUS Sales Commissions/Bonuses
