We are on a mission to provide automated and modern solutions to save for your financial goals without compromising your values or the causes you support. We launched in February and have 100s of customers already. We are looking to staff a wide range of roles across Investment Management, Marketing, Customer Support and Software Development.

You are passionate about FinTech in general and Finance and investment management. You love learning about and connecting with a broad and diverse customer set. You are self-motivated and passionate about customers. You like working and collaborating in teams but can operate effectively with minimal supervision. You are curious; you seek to improve customer experience and don’t settle. You have solid written and verbal communication skills.

You will help craft and manage the marketing and sales strategy for our go-to-market and first 12 months. You will create customer connection events and acquire new customers through a variety of channels. You will help with determining, measuring and reporting customer traction KPIs. You will work closely with the CEO/Marketing Director to implement your strategy and to measure progress against customer acquisition targets and KPIs.

You will provide strategic recommendations based off of your data analysis and market research, and will lead those strategies. You will also track and analyze the performance of our marketing and customer outreach initiatives. Your analysis and recommendations will help make our marketing and sales strategies more impactful and effective.

You have 1-2 years of academic or professional experience in Marketing and Sales, preferably in the financial industry. Previous experience in Marketing or FinTech in general is highly preferred.
