The Role

  1. Attend to inbound inquiries, filter the leads and provide it to the Business Development team.
  2. Articulate clearly what the offering of the organization is.
  3. Clarify queries of customers from time to time.
  4. Generate leads from time to time and ensure to do outbound calls and sales development as well.
  5. Conduct product demos when required.
  6. Maintain CRM used by TrashCon to ensure its updated on a real-time basis with updated notes.
  7. Develop insights from the CRM tool to share it with rest of Business Development team.
  8. Candidate should be able to talk in Hindi and English at least. Knowledge of other regional languages also would be preferred.
  9. Maintain relationship with leads by constantly providing information about our organization.
