Fullstack is one of Australia's fastest growing firms serving innovative high-growth tech and online companies. Due to growth & referrals, we have need for a seasoned onboarding specialist to help service and convert new enquiries.
As an onboarding specialist you will work closely with new enquiries, discuss their situation with intelligent questions & notetaking to tailor-make a proposal to meet their requirements. Your work & intel will also directly support the accounting team in successfully delivering on the engagement.
You will be expected to lead the sales & account management function in the early stages and operate effectively in an agile online environment that values its talent as a key driver of its success. There is plenty of on-the-job training and support to develop into an opportunity to manage the CX role (read director of first impressions!) within our rapidly growing organisation.
You will collaborate in a positive team environment to provide outstanding client customer service, strong attention to detail, and a high level of organisational skills.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collecting all relevant information required for our accounting & advisory teams to deliver an effective engagement (i.e. a Note Taking Ninja!)
- Ensure every fact find questionnaire is completed prior to the kick-off meeting with the accounting team
- Must be on time for every onboarding call booked & respond within our service period for all enquiries.
- Must manage your calendar for onboarding calls
- Ensuring that all steps within the CRM system are correctly adhered to and actioned
- Ensuring every new member is in the correct stage within the onboarding pipeline
- Ensure every new member is contacted in accordance with the onboarding pipeline throughout the first 3 days of membership and any issues that arise are resolved.
- Must have sufficient sales skills including enthusiasm, certainty and authority in order to win back members during the onboarding pipeline when required
- Reports directly to the Executive Team
- Meet and exceed KPI’s related to onboarding priorities and adhere to ongoing company priorities
- Consistent and effective communication of information flow up and down the chain
- Stay updated with relevant SaaS technology
