In the Role
In this role the Director of Revenue Operations will Manage a team that will be responsible for Business Intelligence and Performance Analysis, LTI Integration, Tech-support, while also performing hands-on Sales Operations activities all in support of creating proficiency and operational excellence within both the sales and client enablement lifecycle. They will also administer the CRM and assist with developing and implementing our sales and customer success processes, templates and tools.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the company common knowledge is preserved and decision are made based on accurate information
- Providing insightful and actionable observations to sales and customer success, timely and adequate alerts on accounts health and churn
- Providing data representing the value proposition of Amplio to customers
- All sales and CS data platforms present accurate information, Sales Ops processes are enforced, reports are utilized
- Serve as administrator for Salesforce and other sales systems
- Actively identify opportunities for automation across our suite of tools
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support the sales, customer success, and operations teams
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize Salesforce CRM effectiveness across the sales organization.
- Ensure that data flows accurately to and from our platforms as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-growing, early-stage business is a plus
- 3-5 years technical operations experience in a EdTech environment, SaaS experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across different departments and stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce, administrator certificate a plus
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies and translate them into system and process requirements
- Self-starter with a team-oriented work style
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity / deal with changing priorities
- Proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, managing dashboards and training
- Prior experience with all of the key processes in a software sales organization
