Who are we looking for?
 Atleast 1 year of software development experience in GoLang/Erlang
 Should have some experience with design of overall architectures and must
understand the pros and cons of various technologies
 Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures,
algorithms, and software design
 Strong understanding of end-to-end architectures and development frameworks;
knowledge across tiers in a multi-tier cloud environment including load balancers,
web servers, application containers, data stores, and distributed caches
 Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing
methodologies
 Fluency in working with Rest APIs
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Work on a category creating, possibly disruptive fintech product in early stages
 Design and develop highly scalable and reliable systems end-to-end
 Will be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various
layers of the infrastructure for our products built in-house.
 Architecting the backend and infrastructure for scale

 Play an active role in managing the product and product strategy
 Think out-of-the-box while solving problems considering scale and changing environment
variables. Quickly learn and contribute to changing technical stack
 Mentor juniors in the right direction with clean architecture & best coding practices
