Senior QA Automation Engineer (3+ YRs)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our
dynamic software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing,
developing, and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the
quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance
professionals, to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

The QA Automation Engineer will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our
testing processes and the enhancement of our automated testing infrastructure. If you

Additional Information:

1. Work Timings: 10:30AM - 7PM (Mon - Sat)
2. 2nd and 4th Saturdays are holidays

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
2. 3+ years of experience with Selenium Python
3. Experience with functional testing of multi-tier Web applications
4. Knowledge of Jira for Bug-Tracking
5. Experience developing and executing end-to-end testcases.
6. Strong communicator and highly organized
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
8. Knowledge of SQL, NO-SQL, JSON, API testing and Postman Tool
9. A love for testing software and solving difficult problems with simple solutions
10. Experience in Performance Testing Tools
11. Experience in Security testing will be an add-on
12. Solid understanding of large-scale systems testing

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintain existing Test Automation Framework
2. Collect and report quality metrics from test execution
3. Work with developers and product managers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them
4. Create comprehensive test plans, execute and automate them
5. Write effective and thorough bug reports and verify bug fixes
6. Make recommendations to improve product reliability, performance, quality assurance best practices and processes
7. Mentor and cross-train others on testing approaches
8. Performs other duties as assigned
