Programs Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE
Kool Kanya is looking for a Programs Lead to strategise, develop, build and execute short term and long term learning programs as paid offerings of the Kool Kanya Community.
Kool Kanya offers upskilling and growth oriented programs in the form of workshops, bootcamps and programs, targeted towards the career and development needs of women. The Programs Lead will take charge of this offering and drive it end to end.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Define and develop the strategy. focus areas and plan for learning programs, working closely with Community, Marketing and Content.
2. Develop and build out the program curriculums with both internal and external collaborators. Work with the events team to involve experts and industry leaders.
3. Create and maintain an execution plan. Monitor progress and ensure that all deliverables are on track. Execute and deliver the programs along with XFN collaborators timely and with focus on quality and value.
4. Integrate user feedback and learnings into future programs and continuously evolve the programs in order to deliver a revenue stream that is differentiated and user-centric.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5-8 years of relevant experience leading programs and developing curriculums and forging partnerships, with a strong focus on execution.

AND
Strong communication and leadership skills, demonstrated through relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Developing programs or content for women and girls Experience in content development
2. Demonstrated work experience in working with brands and experts to create content.
