We are now recruiting an enthusiastic, empathetic and assertive Strategic Account Manager to become our Client internal Champion!

Establish and nurture an outstanding trust relationship with our Client. What do they need to make the best use of our solutions? How do they feel about them? What will bring their store to the next level? You are the one able to lead them to online success! You will be driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy across your portfolio.

Job requirements - What will I do?

  • Partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for your clients and predictable growth for their business.
  • Deliver and communicate ROI for your clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain an outstanding relationship with an enterprise level Client portfolio. Working with C-Level executives to present and strategize a business plan for current and long term objectives.
  • Develop a successful eCommerce Strategy that will help them reach their true sales potential, all while providing insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the purpose of helping grow their business.
  • Lead strategic meetings and business reviews and share tactical advice.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell & upsell opportunities to enable sales growth.
  • Identify product and services improvements based on Client’s verbal feedback and needs as well as shared analytics to offer growth to clients based on these analytics.
  • Coordinate with the Growth Specialist to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the Store Ops team to execute events and promotions.
  • Oversee Client adoption, training and use of our solution, Collaborate with engineering and the development team to set up or configure the Scalefast platform as per customer’s requirements and troubleshoot technical issues brought up by customers.
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiments, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap.
  • Manage your portfolio’s P&L Not just Day to Day but the ability to speak/gain the confidence of C-level executives to guide them on a sense of expansion for their company.

What do I look like?

  • I spent 5+ year in e-commerce agencies or alike as a consultant or an account manager for enterprise level Clients.
  • I have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
  • I have a broad knowledge of eCommerce and eMarketing, and a proven track record of working in a customer facing role.
  • I have the mastery of persuasion to convince current and interested prospects that our product is right for them.
  • I am a proactive and tactful advisor to my customers a true business partner for the long term.
  • I am a strategic thinker: I go beyond the Client’s expressed needs thinking ahead to contemplate the next move before the client has to think about it.
  • I have strong empathy – the ability to understand and share the feelings of my customers.
  • I have worked with multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary professionals in the past understanding the importance of reading a clients’ differences and truly hearing their needs.
  • I have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic, flexible approach and the ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
  • I have Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel Suite skills
  • I am comfortable in a startup environment with the ability to move and think quickly and wear many hats as needed.
  • I want to have the first personalized sneakers delivered by cyber-birds
