Responsibilities

• Create test plans and strategy
• Strategize based on new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules
• Oversees projects to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, features, risks, and team strengths and assignment of resources
• Oversees implementation and execution of functional, regression, and acceptance tests
• Creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
• Coaching test engineers, by helping them to make decisions, solve problems, manage meetings and set goals, provide feedback on testing-related tasks, delegates and assigns testing responsibilities
• Assists Manager in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization

We expect you should have experience in -

• 10+ years experience in QA testing
• Testing various applications, services, and user interfaces
• Apart from functional and regression testing, should have experience in UI and UX testing.
• Managing a team of QA Engineers
• Communicating with clients
• Liaisoning between QA and development teams
• Ensuring that solutions developed by technical teams fit the business needs
• Offering alternative approaches to achieve the functional/business objective.
