Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride-hailing businesses in Tunis, Tunisia.

About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Working across our passenger transport customers
• Relying on Bolt’s best practices as well as your common sense
• Working on issues in English, Arabic and French
• Helping improve our processes and frameworks interacting with counterparts in other Bolt markets
• Being part of creating exceptional customer experience for our riders and drivers

About you:

• You are fluent in Standard Arabic, English and French, both written and spoken
• You have at least 1 year of work experience in any customer-facing role
• You have a positive and hard-working attitude
• You have attention to details
• You are willing to work daytime, evening or night shifts
• You are willing to work (some) weekends
