The Role

AddVideos was established in 2010 with a vision to deliver a complete range of video production solutions for businesses of all sizes and industries. While we maintain an office in Germany we represent a distributed team of excellence-driven professionals, committed to support companies who want to market themselves internationally, sell more, have better outreach and connect with clients in a meaningful, engaging way.

As a result of recent business expansion plans we are looking to add a results-driven German speaking Sales Executive to our team. Our ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be asked to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Identify new prospects through online research and reach out to customer leads through cold communication (cold emails/ LinkedIn messages/video recording)
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive
  • Experience in sales for a startup or high-tech company is highly preferable
  • Degree in business or a related field
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Good experience with Salesforce and lead generation through social media, preferably Linkedin
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
