Community & Digital Manager

Role Objective

1. The age of single-play broadcast social media is over. Your role will be to activate a very personalised community for creators and their fans, engage and manage conversations and seed personal engagement between the two.
2. You will also be required to manage digital events between creators & their followers - planning workshops, tutorials, courses, live show content.

KRAs

1. Conceptualising engagement activities for creators to engage their followers on their self website (courses, workshops, games, giveaways & live show themes).
2. Executing on all material required for such engagement activities - ads, social media broadcast, DMing potential attendees, sending out invite emails for the event, briefing design team
3. Coordinating with creators to source photographs, videos and content for their website.
4. Updating creator websites with altest information and events.
5. Monitoring events and customer queries
6. Reporting

Eligibility

1. Graduate with internship experience in similar space of community management with media company
2. Knack for viral content creation
3. Good knowledge of excel sheets & knowledge of using canva or basic photoshop will be given preference.
4. Interest in beauty space
5. Great interpersonal skills as this will require constant interfacing with creators and followers

1. Plan a 2 week events calendar including small batch 2 day workshop and 3 live show fomats
2. Share a project map of what all will you require for promotion of these events
