About the job
Role: ** Motion Graphic Designer **
Experience: 0-4 years
Location: Work-from-home (Most of the team is based out of Delhi though)

What You'll Be Doing
• Work with the content & marketing team to create creative high impact video.
• Understand video/animation requirements from script or storylines.
• Create storyboards that depict the script and narrative.
• Create videos for product marketing, social media platforms, and explainer videos based on the requirement.
• Work towards production deadlines and meet requirements.
• Work as part of the content team, which includes liaising with Product Managers, Marketing, CRM and Sales Team.
What are we looking for?
• Strong knowledge in Video Editing, Story Boarding, Drawing, 2D Animation, voice synchronization and Motion Graphics.
• Excellent understanding of color, composition and typography.
• Good knowledge of design software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of global design trends.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• A creative vibe and a strong ability to translate concepts in to videos/motion graphics.
• The ability to grab the attention of the viewers with their graphics and communicate the right message.
