Assistant to the CEO - Finance and Operations

Reality AI is a fast growing, venture funded startup applying artificial intelligence to advanced sensing problems in the automotive, commercial/consumer products and industrial equipment sectors.

We are looking for someone to work closely with the CEO to assist with strategy development, financial management and operational improvements. You’ll be given both regular responsibilities and special projects related to financial reporting, operational improvement, human resources, and office management. Your duties will be as varied as those of the CEO — whatever he’s thinking about, you’ll probably be helping out with it.

This is a perfect job for a detail-oriented business graduate, hoping to become a co-founder or C-level exec at a technology company some day.

Requirements:

• A business degree, or some experience with financial metrics and financial reporting
• Experience with Excel/Powerpoint or Sheets/Slides. Actually, not just experience - you should be an aspiring spreadsheet and presentation wizard
• An analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in a role with constantly changing responsibilities
• Honesty and trustworthiness beyond question

This job is located in our Columbia, MD office. Once the pandemic is over, this position will require mostly in-person work.
