Account Manager
We are a host management company in the middle of a period of rapid growth. We have had clear aims on how to grow and how we want to
build the company. This is where you come in. Being a small team you will have the opportunity for extremely quick growth and we see your
role developing into a team leadership role after 3-6 months. Opportunities like this don't come around every day, you will have genuine input in
the direction of the company.
Are you who we are looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Account Manager who can bring passion, energy and vision to our growing team. This full-time role
sits at the heart of Dromor's core product and will be an exciting chance to build an area of the business that adds real value to customers, owners
and the business.
You will be working alongside a senior account manager, directly working on welcoming new clients into the business and helping current
clients with all their property needs. We also require a pretty heavy input with guest communications.
You’ll represent clients internally, liaising widely across the business from finance, guest experience to maintenance and more. You’ll use your
knowledge and experience to keep our customers happy, but also to help improve both our internal processes and our customer experience. If
you’re the type of person who’ll stop at nothing to ensure our customer experience is the best it possibly can be, you’ll fit right in here!
For the right candidate, this position has clear progression both into senior roles within Account Management and also within Guest
Communications.
Ideal Candidate
• Has previously experience with account management or customer service roles
• B2B or B2C sales experience (Both is a bonus!)
• Experience with both B2C and B2B clients, or can clearly demonstrate how their previous experience would allow them to seamlessly
transition between the two (desired but not essential)
• Property or hospitality experience a bonus!
• Is comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation- Can demonstrate clear, effective communication
• Willing to take on more responsibility rapidly
• Willing to learn enough to be a guru in the industry
• Able to handle high pressure situations especially when speaking with guests
• English speaking role but Spanish is a bonus
• Weekend work on a Rotating schedule
