Our Client is a financial technology company. They are dedicated to helping investors with market research, investment tools, trading tools and publications to make better decisions worldwide. They work with data providers, partners with the latest technologies to provide our end users with the data they need.

As a System Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for their IT environment, manage their email platform and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with the Development team and Technology partners.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Own network administration (firewall, cloud, email servers, VPN, certificates, updates & policies)
Support the organisation by installing, configuring, diagnosing, analysing hardware, software, cloud and network solutions
Work on the cloud infrastructure platform, AWS
Manage and Optimize the SMTP server, handle deliverability and troubleshoot bounce errors when needed.
Support the transition of legacy systems to Serverless Infrastructure
Support end-users, especially with Office 365, Azure and Sendy.co
Build, Test and implement the best infrastructure security practices.
Contribute to the constant improvement of the Cloud infrastructure and platform.
Work in an environment where multiple technologies are simultaneously used.

You should:

Have a minimum of 5+ years experience with Systems Administration with overall at least 10 years of professional technical experience
Be experienced and knowledgeable in information technology information library (ITIL) methodologies.
Experience with Linux Servers
Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft E5 stack
Have detailed knowledge of email technologies, including SMTP servers such as PostFix and infrastructure.
Have experience administering Windows and Linux environments
Have an in-depth understanding of application and desktop systems and configuration, installations/upgrades techniques, patch management, problem identification and resolution
Have Experience managing AWS resources such as EC2 servers, RDS, security groups.
Have familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory
Bring experience in information security and risk management, including compliance, authentication, federation, and encryption.

Bonus if you:
Have financial services or Trading or Investing or FinTech industry related experience
Have excellent working knowledge of Windows platforms with an MCSE certification or relevant certifications.
Demonstrated passion for cloud and web-based technologies
