The Role

RED LUXURY is a jewelry & watch company which owns, designs, manufactures and distributes its proprietary brands worldwide. At a time when the market is quickly shifting, RED LUXURY ‘s purpose is to disrupt the traditional watch and jewelry business by investing in trendy and up-and-coming brands. We strive to promote differentiating products through alternative distribution networks. Our goal is to scale their activity thanks to our dedicated and passionate team: a gathering of experts in web marketing, social media, sales, supply chain and manufacturing.

RED LUXURY owns the brands GINETTE NY (www.ginette-ny.com) and PAMELA LOVE (www.pamelalove.com) and we are looking for a Digital growth manager to grow our digital direct-to-consumer sales for these 2 brands.

Missions:

  • Attract qualified leads at acceptable cost per lead via digital channels including SEM, SEO, Facebook and other relevant social media channel
  • Display paid social ads and continuously test new audiences to grow our ecommerce business.
  • Partner with Ecommerce Director and CEO to optimize customer experience to drive conversion and LTV
  • Dramatically and profitably expand spend, reach, and customers across all digital channels
  • Build and constantly improve email program to convert leads into customers, engage with customers to deepen relationship with the brand, identify unmet customer needs, increase cross-sells and retention to drive LTV
  • Serve as the digital marketing thought leader to drive rapid growth via emerging digital marketing opportunities
  • Design launch and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels that meet financial and KPI objectives by getting our audience to take specific and measurable actions.
  • Increase our reach, engagement, and loyalty across all platforms
  • Drive consumer traffic to the website and landing pages with the intent of optimizing & increasing conversion rates
  • A/B test new and unique ideas based on a deep understanding of data
  • Building deep data pivot tables and C-level presentations to report marketing performance to all stakeholders
  • Leverage direct partnerships with leading media partners (Google, Facebook)
  • Partner closely with creative, content, and tech teams to test and improve design and copy to attract targets and improve click-through and conversion for digital channels
  • Foster fact-driven decision-making and prioritization via actionable weekly and monthly team reporting
  • Oversee digital analytics, including channel performance measurement, attribution, structure and assessment of creative testing, and site performance

Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of progressively senior roles in digital acquisition marketing, DTC ecommerce experience a plus
  • Experience managing and optimizing search and paid social campaigns is required.
  • Experience optimizing SEO
  • Well versed in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint
  • High knowledge of SEM, SEO, social and display, with substantial hands-on experience in at least one paid channel
  • Experience at a direct-to-consumer business with an annual digital spend above $500K, at which you forecasted and were held accountable for results

Knowledge:

  • Google analytics, Google tag manager • Platform executional mechanics for Google, Facebook • Attribution methodologies • Advanced excel skills
