The Role
We’re a Barcelona-based startup and the 1st City Live Map, a platform to know what is happening in the cities, in real-time. With events at the core of the business, Sharify is able to answer "what is happening right now in cities".
Our vision and ambition are not only to discover and share events in the fastest way, but also to use tech to connect what's important: real life.
As the Product Department's Intern, you'll collaborate with engineering, marketing and business throughout the organization to help improve Sharify's app and unlock strategic growth.
We’re looking for someone with the same passion that we have for technology -- simple solutions and bold impact.
The intership:
- Help on documenting the product releases through all the phases of Idea>Development>Quality Analysis>Release>Analytics
- Improve our backlog with new ideas about how to improve Sharify's app
- Help the development team and learn about our tech stack of Swift, Kotlin and Javascript
- Design and run quantitative and qualitative tests, draw conclusions and iterate to ensure success
What you'll find when working at Sharify:
Local: We want to improve our cities by connecting what's going on.
Passion: We love building the best product that will help lots of people.
Share: We embrace feedbacks to learn from them.
Ambition: We work hard to get work done and pursue success.
If you believe you match these values, we look forward to meeting you!
Hours: Flexible, 20h per week
The role is for you if:
- You're studying an engineer master or degree related to computing or product management.
- Nice to have: Work/Project experience related with Kotlin or Swift
- You have excellent communication—you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume
- Technical know-how—you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works
- Excellent spoken and written Spanish or English
