Delivery and Development Junior (Technical Account)

Job Objective:

Delivery and Development Junior (Technical Account) will be the professional in charge of understanding the data that the analysts of the client's sites and applications want to have. Generating the implementation plan and implementing it using tag manager systems, APIs, or SDKs and giving technical support in cases where the implementation requires extra information or updates. This role will provide valuable data to our clients for better decision-making, promoting a company's positive image following the corporate strategy.

Responsibilities:

Among its most common functions, the following stand out:
Web Analytics Implementation Guides, APIs, SDKs.
Platforms and Tag Managers Systems configuration.
Implementation audit and recommendations.
Raise technical support tickets with solution providers.
Any other function that the company considers relevant for the development and growth of the business

Good treatment with the client, verbal and writing skills.

Useful vocabulary and spelling in both Spanish and English

Objetivo del Puesto:

Delivery and Development Junior (Technical Account) será el profesional encargado de entender los datos que desean tener los analistas de los sitios y/o aplicaciones del cliente, generar el plan de implementación e implementarlo usando tag manager systems, APIs o SDKs, así también dar soporte técnico en casos de que la implementación requiera información extra o actualización. Esto aportará datos valiosos a nuestros clientes para una mejor toma de desiciones, promoviendo a su vez una imagen positiva de la empresa de acuerdo con la estrategia corporativa.

Responsabilidades:

Entre sus funciones más habituales, destacan:
Guías de Implementación Web Analytics, APIs, SDKs.
Configuración de las plataformas y Tag Managers Systems.
Auditoria de implementación y recomendaciones.
Levantar tickets de soporte técnico con los proveedores de solución.
Cualquier otra función que la empresa considere relevante para el desarrollo y crecimiento del negocio
