We empower auto retailers to interact, sell and service their customers via a comprehensive digital engagement platform (inclusive of private-label app and web) that significantly improves the end-user experience and lowers costs (Shopify for automotive retailers!).

Job Deliverables
Delivering a complete back-end solution collaborating with front-end and mobile developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features. Communicating with external web services. Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, APIs, catching layer, proxies, and other services used in the system. Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed. Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts. Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD Tasks, e2e testing. Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for continuous integration environments.

Required Skill Set:
Commercial experience with NodeJS, Express Js, NestJs or equivalent.
Proven experience on database and analytics technologies in the industry such as NoSQL databases.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.

The Qualified Applicant:
Preferably 3+ years of real world experience.
Preferably with bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer science, professional certification or equivalent.
Proven work experience and coding skills will be considered if without education qualification.
Passionate in helping to drive product development, advise on design choices and tools.
Flexible, proactive, organized, detail oriented and entrepreneurial.
