Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to come in and build our digital acquisition strategy and programs in a start-up environment and influence the efficacy and growth of the next hyper-growth marketplace. We are seeking an expert Digital Marketing Manager to join our remote team reporting to the Head of Marketing. He/she will lead digital marketing acquisition efforts for talent supply (dental professionals) and demand (dental offices). This data-driven person will be responsible for the hands-on creation, execution and optimization of acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and tactics.
We have two sides to our marketplace and this role will balance the needs of both as well as geography and role-based dynamics to ensure we continually have the right mix of supply and demand, at the right acquisition costs.
Primary Responsibilities
Plan, develop, implement and manage the in-house performance marketing strategy (no agency execution team) across paid channels including search, display, social, digital video and more.
Ability to manage and execute in-platform real-time optimizations aligned to efficiencies
Manage paid media spend and daily pacing; Build quarterly media plans, execute daily and measure performance in detailed weekly read outs against KPIs that distill into the “so whats”
Help establish and achieve KPIs, including traffic, revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), and efficiencies
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously that align to supply and demand acquisition goals
Work closely with creative and content to build cohesive assets for campaigns
Provide insight and recommendations for website and landing page optimizations based on insights
Build an ad testing framework based on content initiatives, efficiency drivers, audience segmentation and supply and demand journey mapping
Bring fresh ideas and take calculated risks to acquire new supply and demand
Collaborate closely with our Analytics team to identify first-party data triggers, customer journey mapping and optimization opportunities based on business goals
Work with CRO and Sales ops to build accurate forecasts, management reports and business plans
Monitor latest trends in digital advertising to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services
About the Candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is excited about growth with the following credentials:
6+ years in digital marketing - working directly on paid campaigns in a data-driven, fast paced and results oriented organization
Proven track record of scaling budgets while maintaining efficiency and optimizing against large data sets
3+ years experience working within Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Content syndication and other paid digital channels
Fundamental knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other reporting platforms
Strong experience in B2B marketing, especially small businesses or marketplaces
Highly analytical, structured thinker who is able to obtain clear ideas from complex information and very clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand
Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to understand and interpret numerous key performance indicators
Significant experience and understanding of A/B testing frameworks and best practices
Very comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
