Marketing and Communications Executive

The role:

Two of a Kind is looking for talented and ambitious people excited to be part of our fast-growing DTC (direct-to-consumer) startup's marketing team.

TWOOAK is one of only a handful of digitally native vertical brands (DNVB's) in Asia, and the first in the contact lens space in SEA. Off rapid growth, we've recently secured funding to scale even further. You'll be part of a high-growth, high-stakes environment and play a crucial role in creating, managing, and executing intentionally disruptive marketing projects. This includes everything from digital advertising to events to collaborations to our recycling and sustainability initiative, Project 2x2.

You'll work with a founding team from diverse backgrounds that include investment banking, law, top tier luxury brands, and extensive startup experience. The job scope:

• Designing, creating and copywriting marketing and branding content
• Conduct market research on competitor brands and products
• Working with the team to execute marketing, branding and sales strategies
• Product and collateral packaging design and branding
• Structuring, budgeting and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Engage customers on the company's various platforms, such as the website, whatsapp, and social media
• Assist Marketing Manager in developing partnerships and collaborations

Who you are:

• A passion and ability for creating digital media
• A keen interest in social media and online channels and platforms
• Experience in monitoring and conducting market research, in particular analyzing digital ad campaigns
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite of apps
• Proficiency with online marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Loomly, etc.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and FaceBook Advertising

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Graduate in Business, Communications, or relevant field
• 2-3 years relevant experience in the fields of marketing, branding, or advertising
• Prior experience at a digitally native vertical brand will be considered an advantage
