The Role

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, design, execution, measurement, and management of conversion focused, content marketing programs in Singapore.

The Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in ipaymy's overall Singapore content strategy and will share responsibility for achieving monthly and quarterly growth targets.

The Content Marketing Manager will:

  • Be accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to met the business objectives.
  • Create the content our audience is looking for and then optimise the path to conversion
  • Have a basic understanding of SEO, content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  • Develop and Manage editorial calendar and organization workflows
  • Perform channel management of digital content and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, and which content and approaches work on each and why
  • Perform regular measurement and optimisation of programs on an ongoing basis
  • Manage creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel.
  • Manage integration of content programs with brand campaigns.
  • Report and present program approaches and results

The ideal person for this role will be an excellent communicator with outstanding command of written English. Experience developing content for digital advertising campaigns, as well as for lead generation, lead nurturing, marketing automation, blogs, sales materials, and various digital channels are great to have. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Bahasa Melayu is also a plus.
