We have built Fre8wise from the ground up to become a promising start up that is on track to disrupt the Supply Chain & Logistics space. We are looking for a go-getter Sr. Software Engineer (SDE3) who can code, manage, grow the existing platform, and scale the tech team. Someone how does not mind getting his / her hands dirty and codes to address the problem at hand. He / She will be working very closely with the Co-Founders, and a part of the early founding team with access to equity.

What the business is looking for?
• Lead the creation, development, deployment, support, and maintenance of all of our platform services and IT infrastructure.
• Establish the company’s technical vision and develop strategic information technology roadmap to lead all aspects of the company’s technological development.
• Ensure that the company’s IT infrastructure supports all company requirements necessary for successful business operations.
• Develop the enterprise systems architecture, defining standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software, and interconnection of various business information systems; architecture must permit continuous evolution with strict limits on mission-critical downtime.
• Maintain at all times a common repository of platform’s code, IP, and related business continuity plan.
• Develop and enforce processes and procedures to ensure the protection of enterprise IT assets and the integrity, security, and privacy of company data.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide IT recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster.

Technical capabilities & Skill Set
• Looking for a candidate who has worked on technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot.
• In depth knowledge of Phyton, NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify, NestJS, jQuery, HTML5 & CSS3.
• Must have excellent knowledge and experience in building browser automation, and custom BOTs leveraging on Robotic Process Automation and other technologies.
• Good Experience front-end technologies like Javascript frameworks, Reactjs,
• In Backend - good knowledge of building RESTFUL APIs
• Experience in handling technologies like Firebase, Flutter, and Hasura is preferable.
• Must have experience working with XML, XML Schema, XPath, XQuery, JSON
• Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
• Should have experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Good to have PostgreSQL and MySQL DB exposure.
• Experience with cloud technologies also a plus GCP, AWS, Azure
• Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, Javascript.
• Knowledge and experience in AI ML will be a bonus.
