Digital Product Owner

Fusion MD is a medical communications agency looking for a Digital Product Owner to lead a wide range of digital projects. He/she will manage all digital activities and act as the liaison between development, content, and account teams.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the digital team and pipeline in an agile environment
• Use Jira to plan, track, and prioritize backlog and resolve issues
• Ensure internal documentation and QA processes meet standards
• Translate client needs into product ideas and functional requirements
• Participate in client pitches, proposals, and budgets
• Contribute to/lead strategic and operational initiatives related to digital
• Identify/maintain company-wide digital tools, platforms, and services

Our ideal candidate has:
• 3+ years’ experience as Product Owner or related role
• Background in Computer Science or related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities across multiple projects in an agile environment
• Knowledge of best practices in optimizing workflow/pipelines
• Knowledge of digital trends/requirements (privacy, accessibility, analytics)
• Ability to effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivation; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment
• Excellent English (proficient French) oral/written communication skills
