We are building a vertically integrated B2B platform to automate online donor acquisition across multiple channels. With fundraising events cancelled, corporates limiting funding and charity shops closing, Covid-19 has significantly impacted the ability of charities to generate income and accelerated the need for digital adoption. Guided by some of the most brilliant minds, including the ex-CEO of UNICEF and ex-Chairman of eBay, Donaco is now entering a rapid growth phase and are looking for individuals with growth mindsets to join us on our journey.

About the role :

We are looking for a results-oriented and motivated Digital Marketing /campaign associate to oversee the successful delivery of client campaigns. Our ideal candidate will have experience running digital campaigns end-to-end with a passion for delivering best-in-class client experiences and campaign performance.

You will work closely with the founders to assist in successful campaign delivery and manage client relationships, while being expected to take initiative. As a fast growing startup, you will have the chance to influence the direction of the company, work with some of the leading brands in the charity/impact space, while gaining insights into cutting edge technology (AI).

Key responsibilities :

  • Execute end-to-end digital campaigns with a focus on performance and a growth mindset to make sure it's delivering the results (success) our clients need.
  • This may include (but is not limited to): diving into market data to set strategy, planning, media buying, maintaining budgets, managing content creation, analysis of results/optimisations and creating campaign reports.
  • A trusted advisor to clients. You will be their idea factory, consultant and problem solver.
  • Measure and present campaign progress and results to clients.
  • Support business as usual, including social media management or marketing of Donaco’s solution.

About you :

  • 2+ years working on performance marketing campaigns as an individual contributor or as part of an agency (cross-channel experience preferred but not required).
  • Client-centric to the core. You're constantly thinking about your clients and how we can improve our work.
  • Highly organised with an ability to plan and juggle several projects and tasks at the same time.
  • Adaptable. Fast learner. Absolute team-player & always up for a new challenge - roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Data centric - Diving into data and numbers doesn’t scare you.
