Why you

If you have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Lead
• Analytic profile and interest on professional development in data and people management
• Experience on analyzing big data bases using R, Python, SQL, and Excel
• Proficient communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of communicating with a diverse set of colleagues, from the most technical to operations to senior management.
• Leadership abilities.
• Capable of aiding in the company’s strategic planning process
• Knowledge of analytics team KPIs and benchmarks

Kueski responsibilities:

• Generate career paths and promotions for the BDI team members
• Disciplinary actions when required
• Provide tools and techniques to fellow analysts to improve their capabilities.
• Build processes and strategies to help prioritize between competing priorities within the company.
• Formulate frameworks to create end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
• Support subject matter experts (SME) for specific analytics driven business problems.
• Communicate business findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Deliver effective presentations with findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders and across different functions.
• Perform analytical reports to aid the rest of the team provide the information needed in a timely fashion
