Responsibilities

• Assist Customers/Doctors/Pharmacy Store Merchants/Delivery Partners with their queries (via Phone Call / Email) and resolve query tickets within minimal time frame.
• Monitor status of users throughout the lifecycle of the online consultation process and resolve any “delay flags” raised on the portal in each step of the process.
• Must show the willingness to learn new things every time.
• Discuss unresolved issues with Reporting Manager/Developer team.
• Willingness to work on multi-skill activities of the company
• Provide regular updates to your Reporting Manager
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Always maintain a polite and customer service-oriented attitude
• Exhibit patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

Basic Qualification

• 2+ years of experience in customer service required
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree required
• Fluency in English and Hindi required, Marathi a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with email communications, audio/video chat, and communication over social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) are a plus

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: ₹1,80,000 - ₹2,40,000 + Bonus
Schedule: Day Shift (6 Days/Week)
Department: Customer Service
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India; Currently remote due to COVID.
