Who is CustomerDiscovery.co?

Customerdiscovery.co is a small startup of around 20 people based in US with a growing remote team. We are building a two sided platform that helps early stage founders build tech driven products that people love by connecting them to potential early adopters for idea validation and user testing. We are currently building our user base by targeting early stage SaaS founders who are looking to validate, iterate, and scale their ideas.

Role Description

Are you an aspiring Marketing Growth Hacker looking for an opportunity to take on new challenges and advance your career?

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Hacker to join our marketing team and take on full responsibility for driving bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive business.

Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.

Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
Utilizing tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand

Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results

Responsibilities

Utilizing tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand

Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teammates to identify areas for growth
  • Size and model new opportunities that drive step-changes and angle changes in metrics.
  • You are as comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience as you are optimizing an existing flow
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Analytics, Design, and Marketing) to launch new features on a structured timeline

Required skills

Fluency in English
Prior knnowledge with Growth Marketing
Experience building and growing a community, strong understanding of the importance of user feedback and strong communication channels with users
Strong ability to understand and build relationships with our users
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
